Workshops
VEND Annerley has two dedicated workshop spaces that can be hired. The upstairs workshop spaces allow creatives to run events and workshops to share their knowledge, make community connections or allow groups and individual to make something creative. Food & Drinks
VEND Annerley Cafe aims to bring you the highest quality food sourced from local suppliers. We have a large range of dishes for breakfast and lunch that is freshly cooked. Our amazing cake cabinet is always stocked with a huge variety of amazing tarts, cakes and slices along with readymade focaccias and quiches.
VEND Annerley Cafe serves great tasting “LOCALE” coffee. Made from the finest beans, the team at LOCALE source from sustainable like-minded farmers from around the world to bring us the very best coffee. VEND Cafe is also licensed venue so visitors can enjoy a wine or beer after a day of shopping.

The Founders
VEND was founded and created in 2018 by Brisbane locals Amy Hinschen and Kyle Steel alongside their great friends Jeremy and Anna Cooke.
After a few months in Jeremy and Anna got a huge surprise that they would be welcoming twins into their family so decided to move away from Vend to focus on their beautiful family.
The Founders
The VEND brand and all you see when you visit VEND in Brisbane was formed and created by Amy and Kyle. From the demolition stages, to building the shop walls, painting the walls, floor, café, bathrooms, building the entire café and kitchen they did it all! On a very small budget, with BIG dreams, late nights and early mornings they slowly put together the pieces of the puzzle.
The VEND dream and concept was originally created by Amy. Her vision was to create a collaborative shared retail space for the local small business. The amazing idea was to create a place where business owners could have their own shop space with minimal overheads, while creating a system where they could have more freedom in their lives without ever having to man their shop.
The Founders
So VEND was created! VEND is now a thriving hub for retail businesses! Our shop system allows the owner of each shop to create their own store, merchandise their products and the owner of the shop NEVER has to be there! All items from any shop within VEND are processed through the front counter and our staff take care of everything.
Amy and Kyle wish to continue to support local retail businesses and grow VEND throughout Australia.
