Heart Creator is inviting you to join us for a Creative Arts Therapy Workshop. These sessions will be using Multi-media materials such as, paints, pencils, markers and collage to create a “Coat of Arms” or a “Virtue Shield” revealing our strengths and values.
We are offering a non-judgemental space to explore emotions through creativity, build your confidence, and express yourself through art.
