Keeping Mum mothers groups provides a unique opportunity for mothers juggling one or more tiny humans to connect with others and build lifelong friendships. Fostering the emotional health of women during the transformative, tiring and (quite often) thankless period of matrescence, our 10 week programs are all about Keeping Mum thriving and connected; making forever friends with the same friendly faces each week; flexibility to join for just one term or all four for the full mat leave experience; engaging and brand new topics all year round; welcoming first, second, third and more-time mums; involving your baby, toddler or both; balancing interactive sessions for mum, with play-based activities for the little ones; inviting a variety of special guests; all while enjoying complimentary barista brewed coffee and morning tea.
